I have been working on a special project that I will be announcing soon and one of the topics that made me think a bit was what was the most worn, most resourceful piece in my current wardrobe. Hands down, it has to be my white denim pants. Last spring I got a pair of ankle length ones and I simply wore them out. I then replaced them with some distressed ones that I am currently wearing. I know I have spoken about wearing white here on the blog many times and I wanted to do a special post on this work horse in my wardrobe.
Today’s featured outfit with my white denim is a great casual look for a spring day. I paired them with a coral pop over top that is loose and flowy. This is a color combination that I have seen quite a bit of lately and I cannot deny the beauty of it. The key to finding the right white denim for you is to try on different cuts until you find one that suites your body. I like having a slightly thicker fabric with a skinny silhouette that is not too tight, but not too loose.
I love the way brown, natural accessories look against the coral and white. A horn ladder necklace, wood bangles, and a faux suede fringe handbag add texture to this all solid outfit.
A little pizzazz to the outfit comes through a pair of aztec print sandals that are from last summer season. The light and bright colors provide a fresh and easy look that is so apropos for spring.
