Pink Alise: Floral Print Boxy Top

If you are anything like me, I am always on the hunt for new places to shop for plus size fashion.  When I discovered Pink Alise, I was thrilled to see some unique pieces that were different from what else was out there.  Today I am collaborating with Pink Alise to show you one of the pieces that I fell in love with: the Floral Print Boxy Top.  It is a great print with a mix of a geometric pattern and a floral.  The sleeves are absolutely adorable with a slight poof to them.  One of the features I loved about this is that although it is a boxy top, it still has seaming down the bust line and has two small slits on the front that give it shape and flare.

Whenever I get a new item into my closet, one of the first things I do is create outfits.  I lay everything out on the bed and take pictures on my phone of several outfit ideas so I can have them all prepared when I am getting ready in the mornings.  There were numerous ways I styled this mixed print top, and today I am going to show you two ways: a dressed up look and a casual look.

Dressed Up

For the first look, I paired the floral top with a fuchsia chiffon skirt that went with the darker pink tones.  The neckline is perfect for adding necklaces, so I popped on one of my wood bib ones that just gave a bit of dimension while not distracting from the print.  This outfit is perfect for work and even for going out.

Casual

This next outfit is taking this top in a more casual direction with the addition of the white distressed denim.  Violet accents in the top get picked up in my clutch and flat lace up sandals.  And because I am crazy over necklaces, I opted for a multi colored beaded one that carries so many of the colors in the top.  I love how this is my perfect weekend look being colorful and pulled together without being fussy.

The Pink Alise Floral Print Boxy Top, dressed up, or dressed down is hands down one of my new favorites.  I am wearing this in a 2X and it fits perfectly.  They carry a pair of shorts in this same print that I am swooning over too!  I have my eye on a couple more pieces on the Pink Alise website that are totally my style.  See my favorites at the end of the post.

  1. Love both of these looks! I think my favorite is the skirt look because that dark pink is so pretty and makes the top POP! Of course, I love your accessorizing with color and texture too. You are such a master at that. What a great find in that top!
