White pants. It has been a hot topic on both my blog platform and Instagram. Is this one article of clothing meant to be avoided like the plague? To some it is. I have tried on some really bad versions of white pants being too thin to the point of being able to see my undergarments and the pocket linings to being too tight where it shows bumps I did not even know I had. These two issues are not the only obstacles I have faced when looking for white pants, the length and silhouette are things not to be forgotten. Every woman’s body is different and must find just the right combination.
For me, it was a pair of curvy fit of skinny denim with a cropped length from Ann Taylor that fit the bill. Although I purchased them on Poshmark, I was familiar enough with the brand to know that they would work for me. I have featured them six times so far here on Designing From My Closet and have worn them countless times more than this since I got them.
Here is a review of them all for inspiration with my color palette for your next white pants outfit:

I am so glad that I have heard from so many of you that you are trying white pants. It is really all about the fit. I hope all my US friends have a wonderful 4th of July and a great weekend!
